Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before shipment, whichever comes first.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support with your Order ID as soon as possible.

If the cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Orders for custom-made, personalized, or digital products cannot be cancelled once production or delivery has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
